I really appreciate the tour. The guide, Tomasz, was very talented in talking with people. He knew a lot about the story of the city and enjoy people during the explanations.

The english tour was guided by Michal, who told us was a substitute guide that usually does the german tour. The explanations were really vague, only saying a couple of names and random data without ever connecting those explanations. Some of us who had previously done other krakow free tours felt that a lot of information was missing and that the other guides had made it far more interesting and "story-like". Despite that, he was kind and answered our questions.

All of our guides are professionals with enough knowledge to conduct the tours. Even so, we are sorry that the usual one could not conduct your visit due to a last-minute problem
