Adorei as excursões fornecidas apesar de que a guia para as Minas foi bastante entediante e falava muito baixo. Mas isso é algo que a excursão não tem poder sobre. O que me chateou bastante foi ter perdido o autocarro por 5min e liguei para os números 16x para perguntar se podia ir la ter e ainda ter o direito a excursão e ninguém me atendeu. Eu acabei por chamar bolt e depois lá encontrei pessoas da mesma excursão e a senhora deixou-nos juntar. Translate this opinion into English.

I loved the excursions provided even though the guide to the Mines was quite boring and spoke very softly. But that's something the tour has no power over. What bothered me a lot was that I missed the bus for 5 minutes and I called the numbers 16x to ask if I could go there and still have the right to the tour and no one answered me. I ended up calling bolt and then I met people from the same tour there and you let us get together. Opinion translated. Show original.

Très bonne organisation, tout est bien expliqué, les guides sont agréables. il n'était pas précisé que la pause se fait au retour des camps à Cracow, on a attendu 1h20 au lieu de rencontre pour ensuite partir à la mine de sel. O tour foi muito pontual tanto pela manhã quanto a tarde. O guia Vladmir de Auschwitz era espetacular e respondeu todas as perguntas. O translado para a mina de sal foi em uma van pois éramos poucos e demorou mais que o normal por causa do trânsito de véspera de feriado, fora isso o tour atendeu as expectativas. Voltamos para a Cracóvia as 19h30 e não achamos o dia super cansativo. Recomendado.

Fiz tudo num so dia. A visita aos campos de concentracao correu muito bem, posso dizer que foi 5 estrelas. A visita as minas foi muito desorganizada. Falta de dialogo com o guia. So se preoocupava com quem falava ingles. Ora eu como portugues entendo melhor o espanhol. O guia dentro da mina esse sim estava muito bem.

Everything worked perfectly and full 10 points to the highly professional guides. It was a bit rough to do both of these excursions during the same day, especially since I had an issue with my foot (this day included 25 000 steps of walking for me!) and the salt mine was huge. I can recommend this combo for the fit and energetic, but not maybe for anyone with mobility issues or anyone who suffers from occasional fatigue or something like that.

We really enjoyed this combined tour. Very convenient package with the bus and good guides. The only downside is that it's all a bit fast-paced, there are just some short breaks and in our case there was no break between the two bus rides. After visting Auschwitz-Birkenau, the bus drives you back to the Krakow city centre where we had to run to catch the next bus.

A viagem a Auschwitz correu bem. Contudo a sas Minas de Sal deveria ter sido melhor explicada e interligada. Compramos um voucher para as 2 viagens mas no final da 1a, ninguem nos orientou para asimas de sal.. Os giias nao eram os mesmos. O almoco dito incluido, nao aconteceu e ninguem falou nele. As atividades, porem, valem muito a pena.

Very Good price from Civitatis! Less than half of the price if you buy it on location. And you get exactly the same tour. The double tour is priceworthy, but a warning is advised, it will be a very, very long day with a lot of walking and an early morning and late night. Be prepared. It is however two fantastic tourist must see places.

Eu marquei o passeio para as 7h20. Recebi um email posteriormente que o mesmo seria alterado para as 6h30. No meio da minha viagem recebi um email perguntando se o passeio poderia ser mudado novamente para as 7h20. Eu respondi porém não recebi resposta nem voucher. Cheguei cedo na agência e a única coisa que me falaram é q eu teria que esperar 1h no frio e que o problema não era deles e sim de vcs. Fiquei muito chateada e acabei nem fazendo o segundo passeio já pago .Odeio ser feita de idiota.

Tour was well organized. The bus ride was comfortable and we were able to enjoy watching the countryside. Instructions were good throughout as to what we could expect. Guides were very knowledgeable. Highly recommend, however it makes for a very long day with a good deal of walking. Might be worth breaking it up over two days.

Highly recommend this tour. Although a long day, it's a fantastic tour. We had an amazing guide called Margaret who was so knowledgeable and passionate about Auchwitz, and a fantastic guide called Sebastian at the Salt Mines who was both full of information and highly entertaining.

Sur l'offre Auschwitz + mine de sel en une journée; seule la visite à Auchwitz s'est réellement passée ( bien malgré le changement d'horaire la veille au soir en nous reprogrammant à 5h30 au lieu de 7h). La mine de sel n'a pas eue lieu car déprogrammée sans avoir reçu au préalable d'appel, de mail ou autre m'indiquant cette annulation. Lorsqu'on appelle, on nous balade de fausses excuses et de mensonges. 2 réservations sur 3 m'ont été annulées! Une honte. Je déconseille totalement Civilatis!!!

Le fournisseur local nous a fait savoir que le problème était dû à la disponibilité du guide en français. Cela dépend directement du musée, car nos fournisseurs n'ont pas la possibilité de faire venir leurs propres guides. Nous vous confirmons que le remboursement partiel a bien été effectué.

Nous n’avons pas pu faire les mines de sel. Aucune info là dessus. Nous avons seulement reçu un mail nous indiquant que ça ne serait pas possible de le faire alors que nous avons payé ! Arrêtez de proposer une excursion combinée si vous ne le faite pas. Aucun renseignement sur le remboursement non plus. On est dans le flou

It was not the way I expected because the guide speaked too fast, not giving time for you to really connect into what the place deserves and absorve all the content. Sometimes it was also quite difficult to understand what he was saying. Due to that and because I had my knee injured during my trip, I left the activity earlier. On the other hand, there was another guide (the group is divided in two) who was excellent - so glad I managed to change to his group during the concentration camp visit
