Castles of Pieskowa Skala & Ojcow Trip (4 hours)
On this excursion, we'll travel back to Poland's Renaissance past at Pieskowa Skala Castle, one of the best-preserved fortresses in the Częstochowa region, which is located very close to the forest of the Ojcow National Park. There we'll see the Pradnik Valley and the ruins of Ojcow Castle, another medieval jewel of Poland.
Openining times: The castle is open from 24 April to 30 September. Please note that the tour to Pieskowa Skala and Ojcow does not take place on Mondays, as both castles are closed on that day.
Black Madonna of Częstochowa Day Trip (6 hours)
Interested in Orthodox Christianity? This excursion will take you to one of Poland's most important pilgrimage destinations: the Monastery of Jasna Gora. The shrine is known worldwide for being home to the Black Madonna of Częstochowa, an icon that has been ceremonially crowned by a number of popes throughout history. You'll visit the cloister as well as the chapel that houses the iconic painting. What myths and legends does it hide? All will be revealed on your tour!
Zakopane & Tatra Mountains Day Trip (8-9 hours)
If you're looking for an escape to nature, this excursion is the best option for you. Leave Krakow behind for the day and head into the countryside: you'll spend the day in the Tatra Mountains, the highest peaks in the Carpathian mountain range. Discover the beautiful Chocholow Valley and ride the cable car up to Gubalowka. Here you'll have the opportunity to stroll through the streets of Zakopane, a quaint town known as "the winter capital of Poland”.
John Paul II Day Trip (6 hours)
If you want to learn more about Pope John Paul II, this tour is the best option, as we'll travel to his hometown, Wadowice, and visit the basilica where he was baptized and the house where he lived all his childhood. We'll also go to Kalwaria Zebrzydowska, a famous sanctuary declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco.
