Me enfermé al día siguiente de llegar a Canadá. Pedí apoyo de un doctor que hablara español y solo me contactaron con un doctor que me dió valoración por mensajes de Whatsapp y en inglés, lo cual me fue complicado en la comunicación. Necesitaba antibiótico y no me lo dieron, así que estuve 2 días en cama y el resto de mis días de vacaciones me la pasé muy mal porque no me proporcionaron los medicamentos adecuados. Tampoco me hicieron válido el seguro por equipaje extraviado, sigo sin respuesta.

I asked for help from a Spanish-speaking doctor, but they only connected me with a doctor who gave me an evaluation via WhatsApp messages and in English, which made communication difficult. I needed antibiotics, but they didn't give me any, so I was bedridden for two days, and I was miserable the rest of my vacation because they didn't provide me with the proper medication. They also didn't honor my lost luggage insurance, and I still haven't received a response.
