Everything was perfect. The bus was on time. The guide explained in the bus what was going to happen when we arrive, so we knew what to expect. He was super friendly. There were a couple toilet stops during the whole tour. The visit was very very very nice. We were back on Krakow on time.

It was good. Unfortunately I can see many reviews informing of the same that happened to me: I booked for a specific time and they changed it and had to be on the bus stop at 6am. I don't really understand why they let you choose a time if with every group they end up changing it. And you cannot cancel if for some reason the time they give you is not adequate for you anymore as cancellation is only available until 3 days prior and they tell you about the schedule changes barely 24h before.

Your booking will be confirmed once the camp has assigned a guide, which will happen before 3 p.m. on the day before your visit. We are sorry for any related inconvenience you had to endure.

Having to be picked up at 3am instead of 9am an̈d Having to wait in a queue for almost 5 hours in the rain was ridiculous. We couldn't complete the tour as we were exhausted and soaked. I went on this tour 13 years ago and I have to say it was run more smoothly than the one today.

I enjoyed my trip today. Our driver was prompt and efficient, very friendly with a good sense of humour! Our tour guide was brilliant, too. Very knowledgeable and was happy to answer my lots of questions. Overall, an excellent service that made the excursion more meaningful. Would highly recommend your company.

The guide was excellent, offering a dedicated explanation during the visit and creating an atmosphere of awareness and reflection. There was a significant inconvenience regarding the time of the trip. I booked the ticket in advance and organised my trip so that I would be available at the scheduled time. The tour was really impressive and incredible. However, the tour guide was going through the rooms very quickly and was explaining everything so fast, that it was quite hard to keep up and retain all the information. Moreover, there is hardly free time to go to the toilets or buy some souvenirs.

the activity was good, but the audio of the audio guide device frequently stopped working properly and I missed many interesting things said by the guide because of this problem. The tour was also a little bit too quick and many parts of the camp were seen in a rush.

The tour guide was very welcoming and kept us all well informed throughout. The guide that accompanied us around the camps was excellent ; very knowledgeable and portrayed the horrific crimes effectively. I realise that it's a busy place, but my only criticism would be that our break times, upon arrival and in-between tours should have been longer ( not really enough time to eat, drink and use the toilet...)

Our guide on the bus, that also accompained us to the exhibition „Labyrints” by Marian Kołodzjei was a very nice guy and passionate about the topic. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the guide on the site, she was speaking very fast, and like a robot, repeating the „script” in a very annoying way. I would have totally accepted that, but since the importance of memory in the site, I couldn’t stand that and I turned my headphones off most of the time.

Normal, algo caro para el grupo tan grande de personas que íbamos. Además la visita dura menos de 3 horas y 5 en total. No es tanto. Ponen el aire acondicionado en pleno invierno, a pesar de que les pedí que por favor no lo hicieran. Hacia muchísimo frío. Febrero en Polonia. Translate this opinion into English.

Normal, somewhat expensive for the large group of people who were going. In addition, the visit lasts less than 3 hours and 5 in total. Is not that much. Our guide Matthew was knowledgeable about the big dates, events, etc but we heard other guides that had much more insight about the camp and the details they gave were very interesting. That being said, Matthew was only a ‘fair’ guide not good or great.

Very informative tour. English guide was brilliant, she was very passionate about everything. Everything went like clockwork. Nothing to complain about. Would recommend this tour - to understand what happened, to reflect, and to pay your respects. A lot of walking so be prepared.

Bookingsystem is flawless, we arranged everything through our mobile one day in advance. Time of leaving is perfect, 09.30. Bus was clean and a had a good driver. English speaking guide; his English was nog great, so that's the only improvement possible but he made up for it with his knowledge and passion..
