Our guide was very knowledgeable I’m sure, BUT, apart from the first part with the earphones, he was speaking so low that we couldn’t hear anything, and also walking much too fast, (‘almost ‘running’ ) no time to get it all in and reflect a little, special considering where we were!

All in all, good experience! We liked our bus-guide but we thought the guide for the actual camp was a bit rushed, and you didn’t have time to read on the signs and look at every display. Also the headphone-sound was a bit blurry. But all in all, informative experience. You could tell the tour guide for the camp wanted to be there and wanted us to learn. She took it very seriously and it would’ve been perfect if she hadn’t been so stressed.

I would highly recommend this trip. It was really harrowing to think this atrocity took place not so very long ago. Our guide was excellent and was really passionate about telling the story as she had lost relatives in Auschwitz. Everyone should make the effort to visit here, however, it is a difficult walk and would not be suitable for anyone with poor nobility.

Tour guide was very informative. Did a great job presenting the material. Wish there was a little more free time to pause and reflect as we went through. Felt rushed which impacted the significance of where we were. Fear it is becoming too commercial (to get more groups through). Also, an option for transportation early for self tour would be nice.

We were a group of nine people everything was very organized. The trip to Auschwitz was quite interesting and shocking at the same time. Very informative tour (take a bottle of water and a cap with you if is expected to be hot and a cap). On the other hand we were disappoiinted because we could not have lunch in the “beer house restaurant” it was crowed, very little space and waitresses were not very kind.

Tour guide was brilliant very informative with very interesting stories of when he spoke to surviours of the holocaust. Unfortunely I can’t remember his name. The tour was well organised I would recommend anyone to do this tour, insightful and such an eye opener.

The main guide did a very good job in explaining what we can expect, sequence of events, times it would take. She was at the same time the guide for the Spanish speaking part of the group. Auschwitz was impressive to see, well structured and a good local guide. The group was fully focussed and dead silent. Very positive as well the group contained a lot of young people, who decided to see this "dark" side of the world history. Birkenau the same. Never again!!!

The tour guide and the tour itself was awesome thank you !! :) However I can point out two little improvement axis: - Non native English speaking people would probably need from the guide a little better prononciation and sleek slightly slowly. - At the end of the tour, we must have more time than 10 minutes, maybe 20 minute wouldn’t be a luxury, to have enough time to buy - not in a hurry - some souvenirs and books. Other than that, the guide answered at every single questions we asked

Was an amazing experience to visit both concentration camps. The guides were super polite and smart. The mini is to go and come back we’re very comfortable and they look after your staff during the visits. It will be better if you have more free time to walk an enjoy the camps after the guide explanations.

The tour was a large mixture of English and Italian, this only included the drive to and from the site however it did add to confusion given the bus operator was having to deal with two different languages to explain everything. The guide for both sites was very informative, however she spoke so soft it was nearly impossible to hear given the number of tours groups being lead at the same time. It was a good tour just frustrating at times, maybe it's not always like this??

Lack of time. We were told to bring something to eat but we were not allowed to eat in the bus nor in the museums and there was no time for a pause. Also the toilette in Birkenau was unattended so you have to have coins for a visit which is not simple being a tourist.
