It was good. The guide is very friendly and he know a lot about the history. Only one advice is that the tour could be less time. Maybe you could spend a bit minutes for the people look up the place alone and people take picture. In general is a good trip with the guide.

This tout of the Jewish history of Krakow was excellent. Our guide Max was very knowledgeable and his interest and passion for the subject were evident throughout. He was always happy to answer questions and provided a valuable insight into this important part of Kraków’s history.

Jacob was simply amazing in all respects.Not only did he have exceptional knowledge, his story telling really brought the tour to life. He was very easy to understand and engaging throughout the 2.5 hours we spent together, never losing steam in his passion and enthusiasm. This tour obviously carries allot of importance and emotion and Jacobs method of delivery during the tour maintained and added to this greatly. In summary, book this tour w zero concerns about it being “free”! And Tip Big!!

Our guide was fantastic, he had so many stories to tell and he was funny too. If I'm not mistaken his name was Jack, excellent guy. The only thing to change will be to add an virtual wallet for tips, we arrive the night before and didn't had the time to exchange money so we had no way of leaving a tip.

The tour guide was excellent, the best we had in Krakow. Knowledgeable, conveyed the right amount of information, and didn't crack jokes or "dumb it down" as some guides feel the need to do. She also paced the tour perfectly. We were very pleased and impressed.

Max was a wonderful guide! It was apparent that he has invested a great deal of effort in learning about Jewish history in Krakow & Poland. His remarks imparted the complexity of history & he brought the Jewish lived experience in Poland generally, & Krakow specifically, to life thoughtfully & with great sensitivity. I left the tour with a deeper appreciation of Polish history & the important contributions of Jewish communities over the centuries to a vibrant culture & society.

Having taken the tour of the city the day before, it was great to see that Lucy was our guide for this tour too. This tour was also excellent and complemented the previous one. I learnt a lot about the jewish community. We were lucky as the tour was on Saturday and we saw a number of jews on their way to celebrate the Sabbath. Lucy is an excellent guide.
