The email advising change of collection point 30 mins before was an unnecessary stress as others dinners when booking had this address so seems to be a Civitis error from the outset. Once the rush to get to new collection was over the Dinner and show were enjoyable.

We had attended similar presentations in other European cities. Although the one we saw in Cracow was good, it did not have the variety of foods nor the enthusiasm of the dancers that had helped us identify with the culture as did our prior experiences. Except for the excellent zurek soup, the other foods were not very special. In addition, the female performers seemed robotic, as if they just didn't have their hearts in it.

Nos ha gustado mucho. Creo que cuando entras te quieren ubicar en las zonas con menos visibilidad para llenar los peores lugares. Mi recomendación es no dejarse, porque estás pagando ese servicio. La cena no es nada del más allá, pero tampoco está mal. Tienes cerveza libre. Y al final bailas con los bailarines en una especie de baile grupal en donde haces el tonto, con varias cervezas encima, te parece fantástico. Yo recomiendo la experiencia. Experiencia chula. La cena (sopa típica, escalopa y de postre pastel de manzana bueníssimo) estaba muy buena. Bebidas ilimitadas (importante ) y después de los platos principales ponen un pequeño bufet para quien se quede con hambre. Los bailes populares y las canciones fueron muy chulos, nos sacaron a bailar a todos, con vergüenza () pero muy divertido. La actividad es un poco justa, el folclore estuvo bien pero en cuestion de comida fue un poco decepcionante. La sopa no estaba mal, el filete bueno pero es un filete empanado que tomas en España en cualquier momento. El buffet muy escaso, un poco de embutido y poco mas, pensé seria una mesa larga donde poder degustar varios platos tipicos pero no fue asi. Yo pondría mas todo tipo buffet con platos tipicos y pasaria de una cena con platos establecidos.

Hôtesse sympathique, explique en détail le déroulement de la soirée. Moyen de transport vétuste, on se demande si le bus va pouvoir nous amener à destination. Pas de climatisation, résultat plus de 30 degrés à l'intérieur alors que dehors la température est à 25. Le spectacle est sympa, dommage que la chanteuse n'est pas de micro, on profiterai plus de sa jolie voix. Le repas est quelqueconque, plein principale semble sortir tout droit du congélateur. Et le buffet est sans intérêt.

You could not find a better way to spend an evening in Kracow than at this wonderful venue. From the moment you arrive...the warm welcome and offer of a tasty cherry vodka, the serving of a delicious meal. The opportunity to sample more wonderful food on a buffet and then to enjoy all the beer and wine you wish...all of this while being entertained by a troop of local musicians and dancers who performed beautifully and brought many of us to the floor to dance with them. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

La duracion de la cena y espectaculo no es 4 horas. Entramos al restaurante a las 19:30 y a las 21:28 estabamos de vuelta en el autocar. La comida correcta, aunq nada extraordinario. Y los bailes regionales los ves si tienes suerte de pillar las mesas mas centrales, las partes del fondo no ven nada...y alli no hay orden de asiento, siendo un caos si vais un grupo de amigos. Son bailes y canciones bonitas, pero de la forma q esta montada la excursion, no se disfruta. Es todo corriendo.

La chica a cargo no era de lo más simpática, daba por hecho que todos hablábamos inglés y que teníamos que entender lo que decía. Entregar al cliente la información impresa en el idioma correspondiente . Con un poco más de carisma y hablando un poco más lento hubiese sido mejor. Llegamos de los primeros para tener buena ubicación, contraté el servicio hace meses y quedamos al final detrás de un poste, Pésima organización

El espectaculo y la cena superbien, muy bonito! Lo que no nos gusto nada fue el trannsporte, para salir por carretera el tusitic bus no me parece nada adecuado, es incomodo, no lleva cinturones, y teniendo en cuenta que volvemos a las 22:00... si te toca arriba ( pk todo el mundo corre!) te quedas congelado! Hace mucho aire y frio :((( lo normal seria un autocar normal como las otras excursiones, no es un paseo por la ciudad...

En primer lugar no cumplieron con el tiempo acordado. Dijeron que duraría hasta las 22,30 y a las 21,30 finalizamos la actividad. La comida fue mediocre y el espectáculo musical y de baile, la música algo repetitiva. El bufet después de la comida algo pobre.

Él autobús tenía que salir a las 18,45 salió unos 6 o 7 minutos más tarde pero la vuelta aún estamos tomando café cuando nos dicen que a las 21,30 sale el autobús y a las 22h ya estamos bajando del autobús no ha sido una excursión de, 4 h sino de 3h y 4 minutos por lo de más bien

Salimos con media hora de retraso porque esperamos a gente impuntual,así que nos perdimos parte del atardecer. No habia vodka,al menos para brindar al final. Y volvimos antes de la hora prevista cuando ya nos animabamos. Por lo demás,el ambiente bien,el show muy bien y la comida buena. Merece la pena.

Sitio espectacular. Comida deliciosa. Espectáculo maravilloso. Todo habría sido perfecto si no hubiese un grupo de españoles y otro de italianos montando su propio "espectáculo", gritando y molestando a los que queríamos disfrutar de la música. El viaje de vuelta, para olvidar, ya que los españoles (de unos 60 años) corroboraron la fama de gritones y escandalosos que tenemos fuera de nuestras fronteras... Una pena. Esperamos regresar algún día a este sitio, eso sí... sin maleducados.

El autobús que nos llevó al restaurante era penoso. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y con el calor que hacía en el mes de julio, casi nos da algo. También hacía unos ruidos tipo “rascones” que cualquier día el autobús no llega a destino. Por lo demás, un espectáculo para turistas y un menú también para turistas.
