Visita muy interesante y recomendable al lugar. Nuestra acompañante Susan y el conductor majísimos y muy atentos, y junto con la guía se ve todo genial además de la libertad de ir por donde quieras. O passeio pelos campos de concentração é excelente para conhecer a história. É fornecido um livro guia que auxilia muito. O tempo para cada visitação é mais que suficiente. O que não gostei foi ter ficado 4 h em pé na fila esperando pra entrar. Achei mal organizada essa entrada no campo (não é culpa da Civitatis). Eu achei que, por ter o ingresso, eu não fosse ficar tanto tempo assim na fila.

Passeio cansativo pois chegamos 6h30 e fomos atendidos no balcão somente às 9h. Isso havia sido avisado, ok. Tivemos muito tempo no campo de Auschwitz, e pouco no + interessante ao meu ver, que é o Birkenau. Nos levaram a um museu que não fazia parte, e deu pra conhecer um pouco +. Único problema que tivemos foi que havia 1 guia no ônibus e depois apareceu + 1 rapaz, ela nos passou um horário de retorno, já ele na fila falou outro, meia hora a +, confundiu e chegamos “atrasados”. El costo de la actividad es solamente el traslado, ya que la entrada al Museo no tiene costo. Nos toco esperar 5 horas para el registro y acceso al museo debido a la fecha, ya que fuimos el viernes de semana santa, no recomiendo ir en estas fechas. Aunque nuestro “guía” menciono que las entradas estaban incluidas, esto no es real, de haber sido así no habríamos esperado 5 horas en la fila de acceso.

The cost of the activity is only for transportation, as admission to the Museum is free. We had to wait five hours to register and enter the museum due to the date, as we went on Holy Week Friday, so I don't recommend going during these dates. Although our "guide" mentioned that admission was included, this isn't true; if it had been, we wouldn't have waited five hours in line to enter.

L’esperienza è stata molto intensa e toccante, Michael una super guida. Purtroppo si perde molto tempo a causa della disorganizzazione del complesso di Aushwitz: abbiamo fatto due ore di coda per prendere i biglietti, successivamente ci hanno lasciato un’ora e mezza per fare colazione, totalmente inutile. Da che doveva essere un’escursione di 7 ore è diventata di 12 ore: siamo partiti alle 5:30 e rientrati alle 19:20. Esperienza super consigliata, ma considerate una giornata intera. Nos recogieron a las 7 h en Cracovia. Esperamos 1,5 h para las entradas de Auschwitz y luego tuvimos 45 min libres antes de ir a Birkenau, donde estuvimos 4,5 h, aunque la visita suele durar 2,5-3 h. En Auschwitz I hicimos 1 h de cola para entrar al museo y solo tuvimos 1 h dentro, así que lo vimos con prisas. El guía del bus fue muy bueno, pero el folio explicativo estaba en inglés, aunque ponía que sería en español, y tuvimos que comprar el libro en español para entender cada punto del campo.

We were picked up at 7:00 a.m. in Krakow. We waited 1.5 hours for the Auschwitz tickets and then had 45 minutes free before heading to Birkenau, where we spent 4.5 hours, although the visit usually lasts 2.5-3 hours. At Auschwitz I, we waited in line for an hour to enter the museum and only had an hour inside, so we were in a hurry to see it. The bus guide was very good, but the information sheet was in English, even though it said it would be in Spanish, and we had to buy the book in Spanish to understand every point of the camp.

Escursione toccante e importante, con servizio di trasporto eccellente. Purtroppo il tour era poco organizzato: la guida ha finito rapidamente gli opuscoli in lingua italiana, fornendo solo alcune guide ridotte e poco utili. La gestione del tempo non è stata ottimale: troppo tempo a Birkenau e visita frettolosa ad Auschwitz, dove c’erano lunghe file e controlli. Esperienza significativa, ma la guida avrebbe dovuto organizzare meglio tutto.

Reservamos la actividad con guía español... 2 días antes de la actividad, un WhatsApp informando que no habrá guía Nos piden que señalemos la hora de recogida que queremos... seleccionanos 7...y otro WhatsApp...imposible, nos recogerán 6:20 am Era una actividad de 7h, calculas el tiempo para tener tiempo para otra, y luego la actividad son 10h Demasiados fallos como para optar por esta opción... revisad otras

Pessima esperienza, da portale il tour ha durata di 10 ore circa, ma in realtà con partenza alle 6:20 si sarebbe rientrati verso le 20:00, mi è stato impossibile terminare il tour e sono dovuto rientrare a Cracovia per conto mio ed a mie spese per poter rientrare entro le 18:00 in centro. Organizzazione approssimativa ed incoerente con quanto pubblicizzato.

Un desastre!!! Empezando nos citan a las 06 am en un punto y no llega ningún bus, por lo que nos tuvimos que ir en tren hasta Auschwitz, llegando a las 09:15 app . Una vez allá otro guía nos ayudó a averiguar y nos dijo que nos habían cambiado la hora sin previo aviso. La que teníamos para las 11:00 la cambiaron a las 16:45, lo que significaba que con suerte podríamos recorrer porque no dejan entrar a ninguno antes de esa hora. Finalmente, nos vinimos sin hacer nada. Malísima organización!!!

A disaster!!! Starting off, they told us we were scheduled to arrive at one point at 6:00 a.m., but no bus arrived, so we had to take the train to Auschwitz, arriving at approximately 9:15 a.m. Once there, another guide helped us figure it out and told us that our time had been changed without warning. Organización pésima. Teníamos encargada la excursión a las 10, y horas antes nos enviaron un email en el que nos cambiaron la hora de inicio a las 4:45 de la madrugada y si no aceptábamos el cambio debíamos cancelar la excursión. Una vez acudimos al punto de encuentro nos avisan que la excursión terminará 14 horas más tarde. Nos llevan a los campos de concentración y nos tienen 2 horas haciendo cola a 3 grados para conseguir las entradas para las 16:00 de la tarde. Falta de organización absoluta

Terrible organization. We had booked the tour for 10:00 a.m., and hours before, they sent us an email stating that they had changed the start time to 4:45 a.m. and that if we didn't accept the change, we would have to cancel the tour. Once we arrived at the meeting point, they informed us that the tour would end 14 hours later. They took us to the concentration camps and made us wait in line for two hours in 3-degree temperatures to get tickets for 4:00 p.m. Complete lack of organization.

Nos cambiaron la hora a las 4:45. Hicimos 4 horas de cola para comprar las entradas que ellos no tenían. Nos juntaron con un guía en polaco en una zona residencial donde lo más interesante era el perro de los vecinos. Nos llevaron a varios museos del pueblo en vez de invertir el tiempo en los campos que queríamos ver. No hubo tiempo de comer en todo el día. El guía era muy borde y no se comunicaba con nosotros, finalmente nos dejaron tirados en Auschwith y nos tocó volver en tren. Horrible.

They changed our time to 4:45. We waited in line for four hours to buy tickets they didn't have. They paired us with a Polish-speaking guide in a residential area where the most interesting part was the neighbors' dog. They took us to several museums in town instead of spending time at the camps we wanted to see. There was no time to eat all day. The guide was very rude and didn't communicate with us. In the end, they left us stranded in Auschwitz and we had to take the train back. Horrible.

The collection time for the bus was 8am, this was changed to 4.45am 15 hours prior to that time. I was under the impression that tickets for entrance were sorted and provided as part of the booking. This was not the case. After arriving at Auschwitz at 6.10am I queued for approx 4 hours to get a ticket for an entry to Auschwitz at 4.15pm. The tour guide allowed us 4 hours at Auschwitz camp 2 before taking us to a "mystery museum" spending 1.5 hours there. Returning to queue at auschwitz at 3.30
