El autobús está bastante sucio, los auriculares nada de un solo uso ,estaban en un estado lamentables , no se si no entendí bien pero subí en la.parada 6y me dijeron que me bajara en la 1 porque no seguía el autobús, jo pensaba que podía hacer el circuito entero subiera a la parada que subiera

The bus is quite dirty, the headphones were not single-use, they were in a terrible state. I don't know if I didn't understand well, but I got on at stop 6 and they told me to get off at stop 1 because the bus wasn't following me. I didn't think I could do the whole circuit no matter what stop I got on at.

Difficoltà nel trovare le fermate perché non sono chiare le indicazioni e soprattutto manca la cartina, che dando una panoramica istantanea ti aiuta a scegliere la fermata più facile da eaggiungere. È stato impossibile usare questo servizio, biglietti buttati senza averli usati!

Di per se non sarebbe nemmeno un tour da scartare peccato che mentre ascolti la giuda con le cuffie, non si riescano a trovare/vedere le cose spiegate.. Poi abbiamo ricevuto molte informazioni utili per le altre escursioni per carità , però questo è stato noioso e mi spiace. C'è da lavorarci per migliorarlo..

Il servizio del bus turistico è molto buono e permette di visitare la città dal mezzo di trasporto e con gli auricolari si può ascoltare la guida turistica in tutte le lingue, quindi molto positivo ed istruttivo, si può scendere inoltre a tutte le fermate che vogliamo e i luoghi che più ci piacciono. c'è solo da ricordare che l'autobus è disponibile fino alle 17:30, tuttavia il biglietto è riutilizzabile anche il giorno successivo fino alla scadenza delle 24 ore o 48 ore, secondo la prenotazione

No me gusta quejarme pero les cuento que mi experiencia no fué totalmente grata. Las paradas no están bien identificadas, lo cual hace difícil encontrarlas El audio en algunos lugares no coincidía con donde pasábamos.

Lamentablemente no tuvimos una buena experiencia, compramos 4 tickets de 24 horas que incluian el paseo en barco y la, entrada al museo tal como adjunto en la imagen. Al llegar al barco nos indicaron que los tickets no eran válidos para, el barco. Nos mandaron a otro embarcadero y la misma, respuesta. Total ni barco ni museo y nadie de Civitatis con quien contactar. No tienen teléfono de atención ni chat ni WhatsApp. A hoy de poco me vale que os pongáis en contacto. Perdí dinero y tiempo.

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience. We bought 4 24-hour tickets that included the boat ride and the entrance to the museum, as shown in the image. When we arrived at the boat, they told us that the tickets were not valid for the boat. They sent us to another pier and the same answer. In short, no boat or museum and no one from Civitatis to contact. They have no customer service phone number, chat or WhatsApp. Today, it is of little use to me that you get in touch. I lost money and time.

La frecuencia es de 1:30, esto hace que no alcance el tiempo para bajar en cada parada. Ademas al llegar a la parada 1 informaron que habia que bajarse y el autobus se fue, no habia nada mas que un hotel y tuvimos que irnos caminando. Solo hicimos la mitad del recorrido.

Como ya explique esta muy mal señalizadas las paradas del bus y los horarios equivocados, no contesta nadie al telf q tenía en mi reserva, y los audio guías no coordinan lo que dice con lo q ves, para mi si quieres dar un paseo ok xro como tour no me sirvió y me hizo perder 2 horas esperando el bus, yo no lo repetiré ni recomendare.
