The salt mines are well worth a visit but the location and pick up when your first get on the bus could massively improve with nearly 200 people and 4 different buses at the same location people were unsure which one to get on

Buen servicio al cliente, tuve que cambiar el horario del tour, y sin problema, tanto en la respuesta, como en la confirmación. Puntuales para el recojo. Se encargan del transporte, darte las entradas, y te explican donde tienes que hacer la copa para ingresar, porque el guía que tendrás es de la misma mina. No sé si es lo usual, pero al llegar, tuvimos que esperar una hora para el ingreso. La persona que nos llevó, amable.

Boring excessively long. Dont go if u have sth else to do. The agency made u wait for more than 1h either before or after the tour with the excuse that we had to go in advance due to traffic conditions (bullshit). The tour has a lot of performance completely unnecessary as they have to fill in 2hours.

The local supplier has confirmed to us that the delay was due to the traffic situation in the city. We will be keeping an eye on the service to ensure that it is being delivered properly. We are sorry that the experience was not to your liking.

I missed the tour in the morning because of some bad night sleep. so I did not show up. the girl who called me told me she cannot do anything about it when I asked can I do it tomorrow instead. I haven't received any service after all and just want to have the same service I have already paid for a day later. you could ask for a penalty fee but being totally inflexible is not nice to the customers at all. things like this happen to people and good services take care of their customers better

The activity is reserved to a date and time to ensure a place. It is possible that on the following day the local provider may not have room for you, taking into account the capacity resulting from Covid-19. On the other hand, this tour cannot be changed with less than 24 hours notice. We are sorry you were unable to enjoy the experience.

This trip was well organised and we enjoyed our visit to the salt mines. The only negative was it was a bit rushed at the end as we were told by our driver to be back at the bus by 2pm but we didn’t finish the tour to 2.15 then we ran to the bus.

Great tour, super interesting. You climb the stairs 70 meters under and then begin to explore a marvelous world created more than 100 years ago. Then you keep on walking down up to 140 meters under, it's very hot and feels like you are in a fairy tale. To try at least once in a lifetime
