Pues empezando,que teniamos la excursion a las 7:00 y de un dia a otro me lo cambiaron a las 10:00 problema añadido que teniamos contratado otra cosa y lo tubimos q anular,y eso q tampoco me an recogido en el hotel me tenido q desplazar unos 25 minutos andando,luego me l conductor y la guia muy bien,de esto no hay pega y la actividad interesante y bien explicada

Well, starting with the fact that we had the excursion at 7:00 and from one day to the next they changed it to 10:00. The added problem was that we had booked something else and we had to cancel it, and they didn't pick me up at the hotel either, so I had to walk about 25 minutes. Then the driver and the guide were very good, there were no problems with this and the activity was interesting and well explained.

El guía estupendo. Pero el cambiar de hora nos fastidió la organización de nuestra jornada. Yo pago un desayuno en el hotel , y por supuesto a las 6:00 h de la mañana no te sirven. Y en cuanto a la visita por Auschwitz, no me gusta la manera de correr y pasar de una cosa a otra con rapidez. Debería de ser una visita más sosegada, que permita la reflexión que un lugar así merece.

The guide was fantastic. But the change of time messed up our day's planning. I paid for breakfast at the hotel, and of course, at 6:00 a.m., they don't serve it. And as for the tour of Auschwitz, I don't like the way they rush from one thing to another. It should be a more leisurely visit, allowing for the reflection that a place like this deserves.

La información del cambio de hora de la actividad fue hecha 10 minutos después de que se pudiera cancelar la reserva, cambiar la reserva para estas cuatro horas antes de la hora prevista 6 AM ,supone un cambio muy radical y no nos permite gestionar este cambio adecuadamente, deseamos que se nos devuelva el dinero o que se nos hubieran dado otra opción ya que hemos incurrido en otros gastos que no sabíamos que tendríamos, cómo el pago por adelantado del desayuno en el hotel que era de 8 a 10.

La visita realizada por la empresa supercracow ha estado bien, pero inaceptable que civitatis nos avisase el día anterior a pocas horas de la visita que nos la cambiaba de las 10 a las 7 de la mañana sin darnos otra explicación, ni opción.
