Regular, adelantaron la salida a las 5,25h, y cuando terminó nuestra visita tuvimos q esperar una media hora montados en bus a que vinieran otros de un grupo inglés .

Muy mal servicio, primero nuestra recogida era en el hotel y eso no sucedió, nos fuimos a un punto de encuentro a las 5 am cuando nuestra recogida era a las 08:00. Pagamos por un tour en español guiado, lo que tampoco sucedió pues lo hicimos en inglés porque no había guía español. Nos levantamos de madrugada, 4 horas antes, para terminar haciendo una fila de más de dos horas y entrar tarde a un tour que no entendimos porque no era en nuestro idioma. Nadie da explicaciones ni alternativa. Mal

Very poor service. First, our pickup was supposed to be at the hotel, but that didn't happen. We went to a meeting point at 5 a.m. when our pickup was scheduled for 8 a.m. We paid for a guided tour in Spanish, which also didn't happen, as we took it in English because there was no Spanish guide. We got up early, four hours early, only to end up waiting in line for over two hours and being late for a tour we didn't understand because it wasn't in our language. No one offered explanations or alternatives. Bad.
